Shipping options (Incoterms 2020)
We offer flexible Incoterms 2020 shipping options for our B2B customers. Standard is EXW Guangdong (customer pickup at our factory) or FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo. CIF and DAP can be arranged via third-party forwarder.
- EXW Guangdong — Customer picks up goods at our factory. Customer handles customs, import and inland logistics.
- FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo — We deliver to the named port of shipment, customer from there. Customer arranges sea freight.
- CIF — Sea or air freight to destination port via forwarder.
- DAP / DDP — on request via third-party forwarder.
Lead times
- Sample production — 7–10 days
- Air freight from China — 15–25 days
- Sea freight from China — 30–45 days
- OEM/ODM — 30–45 days after artwork approval
Packaging
Standard export carton with foam insert, poly bag, and outer carton. Custom packaging (brand logo, barcode, multi-language labels) available on request. Carton sizes optimized for 20'GP / 40'GP / 40'HQ container standards.

Kexin New Material operates a 12,000 m² production area in Guangdong with 6 PP/ABS injection production lines, 2 aluminum CNC production lines, 1 foam CNC line, and 2 assembly lines. Annual capacity: 1.5 million cases. Our production line follows a documented AQL 1.0/2.5 sampling system per ISO 2859-1, a 4-stage QC chain (IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC), IP67/IP68 water ingress tests per IEC 60529, and MIL-STD-810H environmental testing. Standard certificates: CE, RoHS 2/3, REACH, ISO 9001:2015, BSCI.

Our standard OEM process follows 7 steps: ① Briefing & quote (24 h) → ② DFM & 3D CAD → ③ Sample 7–10 days → ④ Tooling from USD 3,000 → ⑤ Mass production 30–45 days → ⑥ AQL quality control → ⑦ EXW Guangdong or FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo. Tooling from USD 3,000 one-time, MOQ 500 pieces for Pantone color and logo.
