§1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Kexin New Material (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (客信新材料（广东）有限公司) and our B2B customers (wholesale, importers, brand owners, OEM/ODM customers). We exclusively serve business customers — no retail.
§2 Offers and contract formation
Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. A contract is only concluded upon our written order confirmation. Verbal side agreements require written confirmation.
§3 Prices and payment
All prices are EXW Guangdong or FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo, plus shipping, packaging, insurance and customs. Standard payment term: T/T 30/70 (30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% before shipment). L/C on request for orders above USD 50,000.
§4 Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and non-binding unless expressly agreed as binding. Late delivery does not entitle damages unless intent or gross negligence on our part exists.
§5 Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§6 Warranty
The 1-year warranty applies per our warranty page. Custom orders are non-returnable.
§7 Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the delivered goods. Liability for indirect damages, lost profit or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§8 Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the People's Republic of China applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
Quality standards & compliance
Kexin New Material operates a 12,000 m² production area in Guangdong with 6 PP/ABS injection production lines, 2 aluminum CNC production lines, 1 foam CNC line, and 2 assembly lines. Annual capacity: 1.5 million cases. Our production line follows a documented AQL 1.0/2.5 sampling system per ISO 2859-1, a 4-stage QC chain (IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC), IP67/IP68 water ingress tests per IEC 60529, and MIL-STD-810H environmental testing. Standard certificates: CE, RoHS 2/3, REACH, ISO 9001:2015, BSCI.

Our standard OEM process follows 7 steps: ① Briefing & quote (24 h) → ② DFM & 3D CAD → ③ Sample 7–10 days → ④ Tooling from USD 3,000 → ⑤ Mass production 30–45 days → ⑥ AQL quality control → ⑦ EXW Guangdong or FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo. Tooling from USD 3,000 one-time, MOQ 500 pieces for Pantone color and logo.
