Total production area spans 12,000 m², with 6 PP/ABS injection lines, 2 aluminum CNC lines, 1 foam CNC line, and 2 assembly lines. Annual capacity: 1.5 million protective cases.
Production facilities
- Injection molding: 6 PP/ABS lines, 50–2000 ton clamping force, shot weight 50g–15kg, automated robotic arms.
- CNC machining: 2 aluminum lines, 5-axis machining, ±0.05mm tolerance, surface treatment (anodizing, powder coating).
- Foam: CNC polyurethane (PU) / polyethylene (PE) / EVA cutting, water jet, contour-precise cutouts.
- Assembly: 2 lines, hinge/latch installation, hardware integration, foam fitting.
- Quality lab: Drop tower, IP test tank, salt spray, UV resistance, AQL inspection.
Production process
- CAD design & DFM review — 3D model, wall thickness, latch, material recommendation.
- Tooling build & T1 sample — Aluminum or steel tooling, T1 sample 7–10 days.
- PP/ABS injection molding — Robotic arm, 30–45 day production.
- Foam cutting (CNC/water jet) — Contour-precise cutouts for devices, ±0.1mm.
- Assembly & quality control (AQL) — Hardware, foam, inspection.
- Packaging & shipping — Standard carton or custom, EXW / FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo.
Factory visits
We welcome B2B customers to our factory. Factory visits are arranged with at least 14 days advance notice. During the visit, you can tour our injection lines, CNC machines, foam cutting facilities, assembly lines, and quality lab. On-site or nearby hotel accommodation, airport pickup from Shenzhen / Guangzhou can be arranged.

Tooling from USD 3,000 one-time, MOQ 500 pieces for Pantone color and logo.
