Can Kexin cases be helicopter external load certified?
Yes. 8-series and Trolley with reinforced lift points (4-point M8 insert) are certified for helicopter external load (helicopter sling load) per US Army TM 38-250 / FAA AC 133-1B. Maximum load 50kg per case. Common for firefighting equipment drops, disaster relief supply, SAR equipment delivery to remote areas. We supply matching carabiners and rigging straps as accessories.
What color coding options do you offer for first responder cases?
Standard color codes: red (medical, fire), blue (police, law enforcement), yellow (fire, hazmat), green (search & rescue, environmental), orange (rescue, general emergency), black (tactical, military). Custom Pantone colors available above 1,000 pieces per color. Reflective tape and reflective lettering (3M Scotchlite) optional for low-light visibility. Hi-vis orange and yellow fluorescent are common for SAR operations.
Do you make cases specifically for AED defibrillators?
Yes, 1-series and 6-series with custom foam are standard for AED transport. Models: Philips HeartStart FRx (470*370*180mm), ZOLL AED Plus (560*430*230mm), Defibtech Lifeline (470*370*180mm), Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 (560*430*230mm). Foam layout: AED unit + spare battery pack + adult and pediatric pad sets + CPR mask + razor + scissors + gloves. Custom laser-etched foam labels for each component. 500-piece MOQ per AED model.
How quickly can you deliver 100 emergency cases?
Stock configurations (off-the-shelf 8-series or Trolley, no custom branding): 3-5 days for qty 100. Custom branding + foam: 25-30 days for qty 100. Rush orders accepted with 50% surcharge for 10-day delivery on standard configurations, subject to production capacity. For defense/government orders, we maintain rolling 500-piece buffer stock for emergency re-supply.
