When selecting the right material for Stainless Steel Case, we work with four main materials, each offering different property profiles. PP (polypropylene) is the standard case for logistics and field service: impact-resistant, temperature-stable from -40 to +80 °C, recyclable, and cost-efficient. ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) delivers better surface quality for showroom and retail applications, is easier to print, and retains brilliant brand colours. PC (polycarbonate) is the premium material for technical equipment: virtually unbreakable, can be tinted transparent, with optional UL 94 V-0 flame retardant. Aluminium cases (AL-5052 / AL-6061) deliver maximum robustness for military, aerospace and heavy instrumentation.
